Our soap is made from a high-quality, certified soap base, enriched with carefully selected ingredients and skin-loving vitamins.
It is thoughtfully formulated to be gentle, non-irritating, and suitable for most skin types. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend testing the soap on a small area of skin before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Our formula is free from SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) and parabens, ensuring a clean, mild cleanse, including for sensitive skin.
We use only certified, skin-safe fragrance components and essential oils, sourced from trusted Canadian suppliers known for their quality and transparency.
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada — just $7.95 CAD, or free on orders over $100 CAD (before tax).
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via Canada Post. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way. We stand behind every package we send. If something isn’t right, simply contact us at contact@soapandbox.com — we’ll make it right.
Yes, you can return a product within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used and its packaging is intact.
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on soap that has already been used.
However, if there is an issue with your order (such as a damaged or incorrect item), please contact us. We will always do our best to make it right!
