Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (handcrafted soaps, skincare items, and gift sets), we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are always happy to help.
To request an exchange or refund, please email contact@soapandbox.com within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
• Order number
• Photos of the item(s)
• Reason for your request
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet all of the following criteria:
• Unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition
• In original packaging with seals intact
• Gift sets must be returned in full with all components included
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Opened or used items (including soap with protective packaging removed)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items or promotional bundles
• Gift cards
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.
Please pack the item(s) properly to avoid damage during transit. Returns of damaged items cannot be refunded. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact contact@soapandbox.com within 7 days of receipt, providing:
• Order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the product total (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Lost Packages
If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:
• Wait 2–3 business days, as carriers may scan packages before actual delivery
• Check the shipping address you provided at checkout
• If the package still has not arrived after this period, contact us at contact@soapandbox.com
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
