All Soap&Box products are handcrafted in small batches. Availability may vary due to natural ingredient supply and production schedules. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Quantities of certain items or collections may be limited.

2. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST). Prices and availability may change without notice. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refund any affected orders.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, all sales are final. We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
