What is your soap made of?

Our soaps are crafted with a gentle, plant-based base and enriched with natural ingredients like shea butter, glycerin, spirulina, saffron, honey, turmeric, and aloe vera. We never use parabens, SLS, phthalates, or palm oil.

Is your soap suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are dermatologist-informed and carefully tested. They’re designed to be gentle and non-drying — suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.

How long does a soap bar last?

On average, one bar lasts 3 to 4 weeks with daily use. Proper storage — like keeping it dry between uses — can help extend its life.

Do your products have fragrance?

Yes, we use gentle, skin-safe fragrance oils and essential oils. Each soap has a unique scent designed to be calming, elegant, and not overpowering.

Where are your products made?

All our soaps are handcrafted in Canada with certified ingredients sourced from trusted Canadian suppliers. 

How does shipping work?

We ship across Canada with simple flat rates, no surprises at checkout. Spend over $100 CAD? We’ll cover the shipping.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the nature of skincare products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Do you offer custom or gift orders?
